Colorimetric analysis

A colorimetric analysis can be performed with either one or more 2D data objects at once. One or more 2D UV/VIS spectrum objects are required to run this operation. They must be joined together in one data view and they must cover at least a spectral range of 380-780 nm.

Tip:  Normalize the spectrum before you start the colorimetric analysis!

A colorimetric analysis is performed as follows:

To run a colorimetric analysis using the menu command, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Merge desired UV/VIS spectra in one data view.

  2. From the Mathematics menu, select the Colorimetric Analysis command.

  3. Adjust the colorimetric parameters.

  4. Press the Calculate button.
