The software is a .NET application and needs a special runtime environment to work properly. For this software version the 4.8is required.During installation of the software, the runtime environment will be automatically installed on your operating system.
In order to guarantee proper functionality your computer needs permanent internet access. Information will be exchanged with the licensing server at labCognition. If connection is not established properly, no licenses can be created.If your company uses firewalls or blocks https requests to foreign servers, you may setup a proxy to let the requests pass through your firewall. Please contact labCognition for further details if required.Ask your IT administrator to make sure, that the standard TCP port 80 and https protocol are allowed to be used by the application through your firewalls.
