Control Panel

The control panel holds the main control buttons for the reaction run. All main actions concerning the reaction run can be controlled here. Not all buttons may be available at all times, dependent on the objects that are currently selected in reaction window. Hovering the cursor over a button will a show tool tip with a short description of its function. The following buttons/actions are available:

Start Reaction: Start the reaction monitoring run. This button may be disabled if the reaction is configured to manually measure a reference first. Use the Measure Reference button to measure a reference.
